How about striking, kicking, etc an opponent when the ball is at the
other end of the field. These are examples of VC, but should result in
sendings-off.
As I posted before, any penal offence which is committed off the ball
and would result in a sending off for SFP had it occurred on the ball,
will result in a sending off for VC.
