 My instructions to my ARs is:
  
My instructions to the ARs for fouls near them is to:  
1. Make the call, (with flag)  
2. Spot the ball,  
3. Move the wall, (both verbally and with hand gestures)  
4. Stop the stall (by the team who's winning or by the defending team  
encroaching)  
............I got this from David Bragg, a local referee friend, who would be FIFA, were it not for the age limit.
