In scenarios 3-6, this could be a different place from the point on the
field closest to where the opponent/spectator was struck.

In all cases, drop ball closest to the point on the field where the
opponent/spectator was struck.
In the case of the player, they were off of the field and so a non-penal
foul
could not have occured and thus an IFK restart isn't appropriate. A
foul
cannot
occur involving a spectator. So in all cases a drop ball is indicated.
