So therefore a fraction of my $25 should be directed to
them rather than to training at all levels? I realize
there are expenses associated with the top grade
refs and their program; and we all benefit when they
put on good performances. The issue is where should
USSF look to find the money to support their
development. Seems to me that the beneficiaries of
good refs are the leagues, not the other refs, so
the leagues and teams should pay for it -- USSF
general funds, not referee registration fees.
