Tools > Message Rules > Blocked Senders

If you need to sort or search, you must have a ton of names in there. I have none. I get 40-80 emails a day, and it takes about 1-2 minutes to clean out the spam. Generally, a blocked senders list isn't a good way to block spam - spammers constantly morph their email addy to bypass your blocked list. Assuming spam deletion is the reason you have a ton of names in there, I'd suggest you delete them all, and either not bother, or start rebuilding.
