Wanting to be prepared: If I work with a referee who insists on getting a
"list of kickers" (the first 5 or whatever), what is the recommended
procedure when:
1) A player wants to kick "out of order" and the referee or AR notices
before the kick?
2) A player kicks "out of order?"
