This thread has gone over a lot of hypothetical actions for the referee. How about this? The referee doesn't blow his whistle and allows the goal. The game is then over. He realizes the to attempt the send off is impractical. So, he just records the DOGSO in his game report and explains why he did what he did. The league knows and can handle an disciplinary actions at their discretion. AJ
