4 in HS dangerous play against a teammate is recognized; if that is the call, the restart is IFK for the attackers.

  OK, just to start another discussion.

  Situation is a girls JV high school tournament.  Attackers and defenders
  challenging for ball in the penalty area just in front of the goal area
  line.  GK grabs the ball and has control but defender kicks it out of her
  hands.

  1. Is the ball still in play?
  2. If it crosses the goal line is it a goal or GK depending on where it
  crosses?
  3. If the ball comes out is it still in play?
  4. Finally, if it is a dead ball what is the restart?
