OK -- I plead guilty not insufficiently squinting at the text (and

Not quite ... either a goal or a _corner_ kick (last touched by defender)

?? not sure what this means but if you mean not over the goal or
touch line, then it's still in play

It can be whistled dead as dangerous play by the kicker (in a
situation involving a teammate -- remember NFHS is different than
USSF). This would result in an IFK going in ... Or the whistle can
be slow to see where the "natural restart" (or play continuing) will be ....
