Can't disagree with you more. I think that we have beaten this to death and
come up with the best solution already. It is a caution and slow whistle to
allow the advantage.
If there is misconduct (and there was) it should be dealt with and not
ignored. The only mistake by this Referee was to whistle too quickly.
