Being really clear, Stag does not represent all of Massachusetts by any means. While his comments on communication apply overall, the approach to town soccer that he describes are clearly not the way things work inmy area which borders his. And while there is 'zero tolerance' still, many referees are lost every year w/the primary reason being abuse by coaches and parents according to the assigner in my area.
