This is from a high school kid. He might turn out to be a pretty good ref.

So I just came back from the Sony Classic Tournament... I got to referee a Semi-Final match between Long Beach and Santa Monica. The game was flowing pretty well except for the fact that at the end, a lot of fouls came out. It was totally one-sided, with SAMO scoring 4 goals, and Long Beach scoring none. The coach from Long Beach's team was really verbal throughout the whole game, and when a bad tackled came late in the match, he was blistering mad because I didn't give a red card, and only get a yellow card... Everyone thought he was crazy because it would be crazy not only to give a red card to a nine year old, but to also give it to him for a foul that is almost ordinary. I think I really improved my game management and I really didn't take any crap from the coaches, so kudos to me for keeping the game under control.
