Only one change bar, but a lot of text moved about and a few new interpretations appeared. What used to be AIG is now "Interpretation of the Laws of the Game and Guidelines for Referees”. - can we institute a new acronym ILGGR?
Here's my list from a first read:

Changes in text of Laws:
Got rid of “* (see page 3)” – instead we see Law 13. Dropped ball location is noted in the text of each Law when it applies.
Teams finally have to wear different colors!
Didn’t fix Law 11 to say what it means re: timing of position vs timing of offense.
Tackles an opponent is moved to careless/reckless/excessive; removed the bit about touching ball or player first.
“handles the ball deliberately (except for the goalkeeper within his own penalty area)” – still doesn’t clarify it is the position of the ball.
Decisions are gone from Law 11 and Law 12 – moved to “Instructions”. Law 12 Decision 2 in particular was already much better situationally defined in AIG last year.

Changes in Interpretations:
GK injury exceptions are still not well defined as to what is being exempted.
No Panucci offside interp J
Trickery to get the ball to the keeper means the player is “attempting to circumvent both the letter and the spirit of Law 12”
Trickery at free kick – player is cautioned and the free kick is retaken.
